I recently bought a PC from Evesham and not only was it a good machine but their technical help is also very good. A freephone number is provided and this is usually answered quickly - umlike some helplines. The people on the other end of the phone are helpful and patient whether dealing with an obvious simple query or a more complex one - they do not "talk down" to you. If they cannot sort it out they consult and ring back at the time promised. If all else fails Evesham provide an on site warranty for two years. Overall such service provides reassurance when purchasing a computer, perhaps especially for someone with limited knowledge themselves.
Later thast year ! Still great service. My CD writer started going tempremental on me. I rang them and from my description they immediately decided the best course was to replace it. As promised a man duely came and did this in 20 minutes (having rung the day before to see if the time was convenient). Since then no problem. Evesham are still living up to their promises.
