Advantages: Prices very competitive, Excellentknowledge/advice, Impeccable After Sales Service

Was influenced to write this review after reading the post of corm0 who it appears has had unfortunate dealings with Gladiator Computers. Without seeking to negate his experience I thought as a matter of balance I should also outline my experience because it has been wholly different.
Am not a techie. Was therefore a bit uncertain about buying a Pc on-line – integrity of vendor, hassle and expense of returning it if faulty etc. Read all the mags and on-line reviews I could find and Gladiator seemed to come out well. Daughter’s boy friend is computer manager and he posted on the techie web sites and got very favourable noises about Gladiator.
Contacted them and got excellent advice. They recommended what would meet my needs and actually saved me money by advising against the overspec’d machine I had thought I needed. The price was excellent for aT800 AMD Athlon XP 2500 nForce2 system with TV and teletext etc. They even loaded on all the software including all service packs.
Delivery was very rapid and because it was during the winter snows and the PC had to be delivered to Scotland they phoned regularly to keep me informed of when it would arrive.
The machine has worked perfectly except when a modem failed. That was replaced by return post. If I have had any query they have spent whatever time is necessary to talk me through the issue.
As I said, I don’t want to any way make light of a bad experience someone else might have had, but hand on heart I would recommend Gladiator Computers to anyone.

A few tips to get you started on the site: Although there's no limit on the amount of reviews you can post it's better to post just three a day then you'll find you get more reads.
