Appalling, Uncaring "Service" - Advantages: Online ordering, erm, nothing? - Disadvantages: Misleading Order Tracking, No response to emails, No idea if orders will arrive

This retailer is a well developed and reliable retailer. The depth of stock is alittle light in some areas but in general most price points are covered. They seem to have e reliable set up where you could purchase with a great deal of confidence, I say that without ever having to make a complaint or return. What I have found is that they are not always the keenest price, it does pay to shop around, I have seen items available at jungle considerably cheaper on other sites. I ordered a DVD from Jungle in December 2001 as a Christmas present. I checked the order status page a week later and the delivery date had slipped back to 27 December - so I rang Jungle customer services and cancelled the order. That was on the Tuesday. Two days later the dvd was delivered to my house. I rang Jungle again and was told that they had made a mistake and the dvd would be collected the next day by 5.30 pm so I took the day off work. 6.00pm and no collection - I rang Jungle again and after twenty minutes on hold was told it would be collected on Monday - no apology.
