Poor and arrogant customer service (Komplett)

I ordered a PC133 256Mb DIMM from Komplett one month ago. I found that it was faulty, and sent it back immediately. After one week, i'd started emailing Komplett to ask what had happened to my order but had received no reply. After sending my fourth email (this time with a fax), i'd received a very short email telling me they've received my memory and were shipping it to their testing centre. I gave them some more time and after another week, sent them another email and got a similar reply. It has now been a month since i've sent that memory back and i think this is an unacceptably long time to wait. I then sent another email asking for a refund - which i received no reply. A second, more strongly worded email, reiterating my request for a refund and detailing my intense disatisfaction with this company was sent and i received a prompt reply, telling me that "my memory is currently being tested", totally ignoring my request for a refund and my customer complaint. I am now extremely pessimistic about getting my money back but worse still, i have no channel on which to register my complaint. Their customer support is terrible; they don't reply to emails unless harassed, they provide very short, unambiguous reponses and they ignore customer complaints. As you may be able to see on this site, i am not the first person with problems of this kind. I don't think i need to write a conclusion.....
