I placed an order with Komplett.co.uk for variuos computer hardware items and the delivery was quick. however I ordered a CPU in error and duly returned it to Komplett at the end of April 2002. I had 2 emails to say they had received it and then nothing. I have emailed them on no less than 8 times asking about progress of the refund. I have received no emails back. I have faxed them twice, and heard nothing back. I have wrote to them the old fashioned way with a letter and still nothing. I would like to talk to somebody but the only tel number is a fax machine, I thought of wringing it because I might have got more out of talking to that than I have trying to contact Komplett.
They cannot be bothered to reply and just say something like, "we are dealing with your request but it is taking a little time".
One Month on and I still have no processor and no refund.
CONCLUSION
Good on prices.
Good on delivery
Total crap on after sales service so if you place an order make sure you get it right because don't attempt to send anything back and ever see your product or money again.

Sorry to hear about whats happened. If you have purchased the goods using acredit card you can ask the credit card company to recover the refund for you.

If not hope you get your money back!!
