Well done Medion. I had a problem with the laptop I purchased from Aldi 18 months ago. I got a first class service. It was collected (I didn't even have to pack it) repaired and returned without any fuss or hassle. It's so good to get such an efficient service. Thank you Medion. There are a lot of companies that can learn a great deal from you. Please keep up the good work.

I purchased a Medion PC from Tesco in January of 2008. Very noisy, constantly working in the background. two 500gb HDD in raid one reported disk failure soon after purchase but continues to work second now reporting disk failure and continuing to work. often machine reports missing operating system meaning that I have to restore to a back up.
Customer services are next to useless as they tell me that according to the serial number on my machine the PC doesn't exist!
The drive now very noisy and I cannot envisage it lasting much longer.
I was tempted by a digital TV receiver card with HDMI output and wish I hadn't bothered as I can't pick up any channels on it.
Medion say this is my aerial but the aerial works fine on my TV!
Medion? Never again!

I have had a 1st Class service from Medion, my laptop had a mother board problem. they picked it up from my address in wales, repaired it and returned it in 14 days, beat that. Medion Aldi, I love them. Derick.

In October 2007, I purchased a Medion television from my local ALDI. While people may say 'You get what you pay for', this is ridiculous. At maybe half the price of the big brands, I didn't expect to have bought the worlds greatest product. However, I also didn't expect to be on my fifth television from them within only the first year and a half of my warranty. I have to say i brought a Medion desktop from Tesco and have had to have a repair done. I found the technical support people very helpful and when after trying everyting they could it had to go in for repair,I must say it was promptly picked up and repaired and delivered back to me. Perhaps I should be complaining as it had to go back twice more but again I was given good service.
