My laptop has always been noisy from the day I bought it. I thought I could put up with it. By the 1st anniversary of it the noise was getting unbearable so I decided o contact Medion. The laptop was only 3 weeks outside the 1 year warranty period. Medion would not repair it unless I pay them £100+VAT to repair it.

I attempted to find some kind of compromise over the matter, but Medion would not even listen to me.

So I am left with a laptop that sounds like a car once you boot it up. The laptop is so noisy that if you use the inbuilt microphone for Skypeing nobody hears you at the other end. This has turned out to be a dreadful product.

Medion is a company that has gone into making laptops without paying attention to the details that make a laptop user friendly. Their speed is decent and it looks decent, has a decent keyboard but all that counts for nothing as the nos
