I bought a mesh computer, looking back I have to say, it was the worst decision I ever made. The computer simply didn't work! As soon as I turned it on, it would last about 5 seconds, then just crash! There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. You call them, they take your details, then they ask you to wait around all the following day so they can call you back. So you take the day off work waiting for them to get back to you, if they do, their advise is pathetic, and I mean pathetic!! There computer engineers don't know the first thing about how to fix a PC, they only have 2 phrases in their manual. 1. Have you tried ...

Nothing but love for Mesh Computers. After reading all the bad reviews i was scared s***less, got my PC and it's working like a dream. Bravo Mesh

Value machines, but appalling support and service. Previous Mesh machine still working nicely after 5 years. Machine bought in October 2007 not working yet after eight booked engineer calls (four no-shows, eight days off work), three re-installations of Vista, two new motherboards, one return-to-lab. And countless phone calls to premium support lines.

Requests for replacement ignored.

Very disappointing, and about to take legal action.

Avoid them at all costs. The site's great for ordering, the spec's are good value, but heaven help you if there's a problem.
