Mesh Computers

i bought a computer from mesh two years ago and i must say i was very pleased with both the machine and the service. with this great experience under my belt i ordered an edge cl laptop on the 2nd sept 09 here we are on the 6th nov 09 still waiting for delivery, i am sick and tired of the excuses, waiting for components, stuck in customs, delayed in taiwan. i wrote to the director of sales what a waste of pen paper and postage that was, more excuses and promises (broken) he rang me on two occasions promising me that everything was in hand and the computer would be delivered by today friday 6th nov looking in my account on the website it shows as in process so ...  Read the complete review

I've asked for a refund before even seeing the computer. The warning signs were all there: 1) great machine - almost too good - and you know what they say about "if it's too good to be true..."; 2) I placed the order online and got an order number - and then an email the next day saying my order had been refused - they're blaming the credit card company for a glitch in their software (you mean you'd get an order number before confirming the sale - no way, Mesh); 3) I paid for expedited delivery - 3-5 days. An absolute shambles i really cant stress enough not to buy from these con artists, i bought the Slayer Dragon pc which arrived with the 2 case fans broken. When i called customer support i was told i had to wait 3 days to be able to request a pickup and then a further 21 days to recieve my pc back FIXED! Why should they fix a brand new pc? I payed £39.00 to get this pc within 3-5 days also they wont refund that, they are also VERY rude on the phone, there is a woman called Pria and when i said how bad the service was she replied "for F***s sake" and then slammed the phone down. Mesh Computers is an online Computer manufacturer which is said to build some of the best computers in the country. I myself have got 2 Mesh Computers which both work without a fault. I have split this review into sections of what I believe are important qualities to have in a company like this and rate them /10 along with a comment: Quality of PCs Made: 9/10 When you open the box of you new computer it looks so stylish. I bought a mesh in 2001 paid £1600 for it and i have to say that it has been the best computor I have ever had the support was second to none!

At present I am buying a new mesh online after my previous experience of mesh , however i wait with baited breath to see wether they still live up to expectation
