never got my vista upgrade i was promised when i purchased p.c .i seem to be going round in circles.when i phoned them they fobbed me off with an unintelligible web site.I can never get onto the mesh (my account) page as they wont accept my password,and when i click( forgotten your password) they e mail me my usual password which still wont let me into my account.I will be contacting every complaint outlet i can,ie watchdog,which magazine,office of fair trading,as I have not received the package I paid for
