Extremely poor service and no apology (Mesh Computers)

I ordered a high end custom build from Mesh. The order was confirmed and 3 days after order, the money left my bank account. I then heard nothing for 3 weeks. On the 30th day after order, I contacted Mesh to find out why they had now broken their terms and conditions of delivery before 30 days (the same order on their website was now £100 cheaper). They said I could reorder and they would "fast track" within 10 to 14 days. Having had no apology or any kind of real help, I cancelled the order. It's now 5 days after I cancelled and my money is still not back in my account. I've emailed again to ask what's happening but no reply.

In summary, despite ordering nearly £2000 worth of equipment I felt completely undervalued. Mesh offered no apologies for delays and were quite happy to take my money and hold onto it even after I had cancelled the order.

Summary: Never again.
