Be wary of Mesh( follow up conclusion) (Mesh Computers)

Mesh to me at the moment is a rude four letter word that should be called Fxxxxxxx Mesh.I ordered a computer by phone in July from mesh after reading reviews in a computer magazine and being a patriotic kind of bloke thought (Buy British). Nothing wrong with Brits but FxxxxxxMesh.The computer arrived a week last monday, overjoyed I unpack it start to use it error message no sound drivers call FXXXXXXX Mesh who send me a website I can download drivers from which I did then ok. I tried burning a disk as recomended in their literature of the drivers, but the burner didnt work. Contacted them again spent absolutely ages on phone to no avail.(Had difficulty understanding the very polite "fix it engineers". A senior engineer rang back to say it was a soft ware problem that I could contact their premium rate line on or send it back and they would fix it at my expense.
Not happy with that so sent email and they had a senior engineer ring me he spent ages on the phone couldn't fix it so agreed to pick it up today fix it and return it before the end of next week.(No one has been to collect it yet.
I have sent them an Email informing them that time is of the essence on advice from trading standards and my credit card company and now await the out come .
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering this machine but reserve final comment until the outcome of this.

Good news on my return from holiday.
The computer tower was picked uplate friday evening.
I recieved a phone call the following tuesday to ask if the computer had been collected as the carriers had gone into liquidation over the weekend (swear word adjectives spring to mind).
Assured not to worry as I would get it back, "Eventually".
"No good I need it by Friday as promised".
To cut a long boring story short Mesh got the computer eventually
from the carriers and rang to say they had fixed it but by then it was far to late as I had run out of time.
They agreed to reimburse me and sent me carrige labels for the rest of the equipment I had received on the order.
I have just returned from hols to find a full refund has been credited to my plastic card account.
In conclusion I found that the Mesh computer I purchased had a fault that could not be easily rectified. Overall their staff were helpful except the one guy who wanted me to pay for the repair,and I suppose I am partially satisfied with the out come although I still dont have a computer for video editing using adobe premier.One or two of the Mesh tech staff had accents I found difficult to understand which I found very frustating as no doubt they did having to repeat things several times.
I cannot recomend buying from Mesh on my experience, but I am less inclined to slag them off to the extent I did in the first part of this review.

Summary: Not a good service so far.
