I have bought from Mesh before (2002) and the machine was good and solid and is still up and running XP Pro just about - I had never had any problems with the hardware so I ignored the advice out there (and here) and bought with Mesh again - my mistake!
Have just cancelled the order after 6 weeks waiting - 2 deliveries of damaged/incomplete computers and one non-delivery. Customer service has ranged from helpful but clueless, to outright lies and disinformation. When I asked why no delivery or no call for the last time they just uuummmed but not could give a credible answer. After 3 days I finally got hold of the Customer Services Supervisor who admitted they were currently aware of a problem with inadequately packaged computers being damaged in transit and "they are trying to do something about it" - oh I feel so much better about that! He admitted their service had been utterly unacceptable but when I asked about compensation for my wasted time I was told "not company policy" and "and when would I like my new express delivery" - my answer "never" and I have cancelled the order. Needless to say this didn't stop the headless chicken that is Mesh trying to deliver it anyway. I await to see how efficiently Visa can extract my money from Mesh's clutches.

Summary: Couldn't tell you how good quality the computers are as I never got mine but customer service = joke
