Top range PC which never worked well... try to charge for factory/repair team faults and defects (Mesh Computers)

Disadvantages: slow service, warranty service not provided as should be,PC faulty from very begging when arrived

Bought a computer while ago (£1500),faulty mother board or video card-not starting up and crashing since very beginning, went back to the repair center and was wrongly diagnosed only fans exchanged, after a while it came out that mother board, sound card and graphic card needed to be exchanged...
Also when at the repair center the tower had been physically damaged and Mesh tried to charge for exchange. Seems like someone dropped or simply banged with a hammer ???
Paid for back to base guarantee but each time needed to send back and waited on one occasion over 2 months to get it back!!! never mind the priority service i have paid for as well.
It seems like Mesh is tiring to charge customers for service which they are unwilling to provide (premium warranty service), also that guys at the repair centre don't have a clue what they are doing..

Summary: spent £1500.00 for a Mesh PC - will never buy another one from this company
