Before buying Mesh Please read this (Mesh Computers)

Advantages: easy to use website

Disadvantages: very poor customer service and disregard for customers once they have your money

Ok, so I ordered my PC on 27th of Feb 2009, and look forward to getting it in 14 days. I had heard bad things, but also good things about the company so decided to give them a try.

Nothing came, so I contacted them. First person I spoke to told me that it wasn`t built yet but beyond that they couldn`t tell me what stage it was at.

After a week and still nothing I contact them again to be told the motherboard and case weren`t in yet. This is three weeks after the order was placed! I could have had all the components myself by now... Ok, I thought give them the benefit of the doubt. The told me that it was being dealt with as priority and I should have it by the next friday. That day comes and goes with still no word. I contact them again to be told that they are wating for the CPU, because (and I quote) Intel keep changing the processors about. Now I`m no genius but I do keep up with tech and this is baloney!!! I was also told that the first person I spoke to had lied by telling me it was the motherboard and case that were missing.

Suffice to say it is now a month after my order and they still haven`t contacted me about anything, and tomorrow I will be cancelling the order. They seem intent on lying and delaying and I can`t stand it anymore. I gave them a chance.

Summary: I was willing to ignore the bad review and give Mesh a chance...I was let down!!
