Advantages: The box made and excellent tempory coffee table for a month

Disadvantages: Poor customer service and very expensive.

We Ordered a MESH M8200LE with a Windows XP downgrade. This was the third machine I had ordered from Mesh, and I was happy with the machines and service on those. We had a technical issue with one machine which Mesh resolved by telephone support brillantly. That was 2005. How things have changed!

The new machine had a poor qualiy monitor, and arrived without the OS media, and no product key for XP. We contacted Mesh (many, many times)and found the technical support was off-shored. The tea-walla in slum dog millionaire was more helpful and competent. When we asked for the media, the clown sent us a JPEG of a recovery CD!

Mesh were totally unwilling to help. They seemed intent on running down the clock on the DSR legislation 7 day cooling off period. Fortunately I found out about the act and got the machine taken back. They have charged an exhorbitant fee for collecting the machine, which we are still disputing.

This could have been resolved by send us the XP and Vista media as promised on the order, but MESH seems determined to cut customer service to the bone.
