i am still absoultley fuming about my unresolved exprience with mesh (Mesh Computers)

ok i ordered a pc from mesh, but after a realisation of how little money i would have left i cancelled my order. i recieved conformation of my cancellation via email. I rang up mesh to find out a time scale for my refund and was told 7-14 days.

After 14 day i had no money. I phoned again and was told to contact accounts dept. and was given their number. i phoned up and enquired about it, where i was put on hold for 5 mins only to be cut of. I rang back and was instantly met, to my suprise and disgust, a recording of phone sex!. i checked i dialed the right number. it deffinatly was. I dont know if it was somebodies idea of a joke but i was and still am furious. 10 mins later i phoned accouts again and a man answered so i complained about being cut of, but could not bring myself to mention what happened before as i was struggeling to believe it myself. Anyway so then i enquired again about my refund where he asked for my order number and phone number to ring me back with the info.

i am STILL without refund, a returned phone call, and am absolutley furious about what happened when i rang to be met with pure filth. I am planning on writing a letter to the head of the compny detailing my experience, as this is not by any means acceptable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE TO THESE PEOPLE!
