Disgusting Service and Broken Computers (Mesh Computers)

Absolutely awful computer company. I ordered a computer from them with the promise of delivery within 15 working days. 20 working days later and no sign, after 3 emails asking where it was with zero response I called them and was told that they were waiting for parts to be delivered. Fair enough, I waited another week and emailed them again. No response. Second call told me that they had already sent it out, it was going to be delivered the next day. Wonderful! Except they had not informed me of this, as they said they would and I had to take unpaid leave to recieve it.

It arrives, I set it up and the tower will not power up. I call them up and they say check the fuse, change over the power cable with my old one to check. Nope. Doesnt work. I call up and say that I do not want the computer anymore, it simply isnt worth the hassle after all of this. They say that they have to inspect it before returning it and I say fine, I will repackage the monitor and base unit and they can pick it up. Nope. I have to submit my desire to return the computer in writing. To a computer company. Fine. I send the letter. A week goes by. Nothing. I call them and they say, yes, they have recieved the letter and he wasnt sure why they hadnt responded. Right. So can I send back the tower and monitor? I really want to just return the both of them and get my money back, can I send both back? Is that possible? Yes, of course sir. I need to wait for the paperwork to fill out and insert with the packages.

A week goes by and the papers arrive. But wait, theyve only sent one returns sheet. I call them again. Nope, they have to check ONLY the base unit first and review the case before they can pick up the monitor. But the guy on the phone said... No sir, he wouldnt have said that. Thats against our policy. So here I sit, and tomorrow they will come and get the most expensive paper weight Ive ever owned. This was a birthday present, and the birthday was the 31st of March. Now it is the 21st of May. Never ever again.

Summary: Awful. Would never ever EVER recommend them.
