Advantages: None so far.

Disadvantages: Full of Excuses, website tracking non existent.

Surely a company this bad at customer service cannot survive for long... at least you'd think not...

Ordered my Computer at the beginning of May. So far i've been told the same story as just about everyone else.

- It will be with you at the end of the week (two weeks in a row)
- The computer is built, we're just waiting for the CPU's to arrive...

Its been about 20 days so far, and having read these reviews I'm beginning to worry. I know how to build a computer and I know it doesn't take very long, so why the hell does a company who specialise in Computers take so long??? Whats more, I'm sure that where it gives you the option to buy the quick build for £29. It said standard build 10-14 days. It doesn't say this anymore. Just says Standard Build.

If anybody can advise on what I can expect when it comes to cancelling an order I'd appreciate it. As far as I understand I have the right to cancel? Plus I have the right to return if its faulty... when it does eventually arrive...?

For those contemplating buying from Mesh. Just don't! forget they even exist, if I'd found these reviews before I'd made my purchase, there's no way I'd give my hard earned cash to this mess of a company. There's no room for companys this bad in a customer focused world, and eventually they will be shown up
