The Computer my Dad ordered is fantastic - I can't fault Mesh for that.
My big problem i that when ordering over the phone, my Dad was not given or made aware of a free upgrade to Windows 7.
After contacting Mesh I was told that there was nothing that could be done and they apologised for any inconvenience.
By far, the worst customer service I have ever come across. And I used to be a customer of NTL!!!!!!
Even though the computer is fantastic, I spotted roughly the same computer at Dell for slightly cheaper. Mesh charged £50 for delivery and they even managed to mess that up sending it on Sea Freight rather than Air Freight. And a week late too! They then tried to blame DHL for the mix up. MESH is a MESS!
Go elsewhere - do not buy from this company.
Go to Dell for the customer service. By far, they are the best
