Advantages: Tempting prices for top of the range parts

Disadvantages: Some parts pre used, worst customer support in the UK and foul mouthed Pria customer support rep.

An absolute shambles i really cant stress enough not to buy from these con artists, i bought the Slayer Dragon pc which arrived with the 2 case fans broken.

When i called customer support i was told i had to wait 3 days to be able to request a pickup and then a further 21 days to recieve my pc back FIXED! Why should they fix a brand new pc?

I payed £39.00 to get this pc within 3-5 days also they wont refund that, they are also VERY rude on the phone, there is a woman called Pria and when i said how bad the service was she replied "for F***s sake" and then slammed the phone down.

I cant stress enough that you will be so dissapointed, dont be fooled by there cheap prices as i do belive that my case was pre used as the fans didnt work.

Dont even think of trying to get a refund as they all say to you that you have to write to them and to read the TOS if you wrote the letter you have to wait up to 6 months for the refund.

To sum it up, COMPLETE CON MERCHANTS.

Summary: If you want to be ripped off, try MESH!
