I have had a Mesh laptop for two years now and am extreamly pleased with the product, so understandably when my husband wanted a new laptop we went to Mesh. I ordered his machine on 12th October 2010 and was told it would be delivered in ten to fourteen days. Just in time for his birthday I thought. How wrong was I? After two weeks I looked at the tracking system on the website and the machine was still in process. I was told when it was being delivered that would change from process to despatched, I was also told I would get an email when it was being delivered. No one contacted me to tell me the delivery was being delayed, but when I contacted Mesh via the website and on the telephone I was told there was a problem with the delivery of the motherboard. Weeks went by and I kept calling every few weeks to check on the delivery, being told every time to wait another week. Eventually I have given up hope and have cancelled the order. I have asked for my money back and have asked them to tell me when I will receive the money. I have had no reply so far. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated and will never reccommend or go back to Mesh computers again.
