Like so so many people on this forum I have been waiting over a month waiting for a PC to be delivered. Last week I cancelled it and was told I would have to wait 15 - 30 day for a refund as many people here have. My comment to them was " if you have the processes to take money the same day as the order then you should have processes to refund the mony in a similar time frame.

I called my credit card company (Tesco) and told them of the issue. I was advised to send them a summary letter of the issue together with the order cancellation confirmation email from Mesh. If Mesh have not refunded my £500 in 15 days then Tesco will refund me and THEY will go after Mesh.

I would recommend anyone trying to get a refund to contact their credit card companies NOW and register the dispute with them. That way you should be get your money quicker and Mesh will have to deal with the big boys and not individuals who they consider to be of no significance.
