I received my PC on Tuesday following a call from one of Mesh's advisors on Monday to say it was ready for despatch. I had been looking forward to the new PC but must admit that having read a number of adverse reviews on the internet, I had some concerns. Having seen no movement on my order for 2 weeks I was starting to think nothing was happening. In fact the original email confirmation did say that production would take approximately 10-14 WORKING days. I went to Mesh because I was able to pick and choose the component upgrades I wanted.

I have to tell you that Mesh have exceeded all my expectations. The PC was exactly what I wanted, when I originally spoke to Sanjay I asked if it would be possible to provide a case which was not shown on your website and within a few moments he confirmed that you would be able to supply it and at no extra cost. I also specified which drive bay I wanted the extra card reader inserted and everything has arrived exactly as promised. The packaging and delivery could not be faulted; DPD delivered as promised and even sent a text telling me a 1 hour slot when they would arrive. They turned up less than 10 minutes after the first time they quoted.

I am delighted to be able to write with such positive feedback having read so many negative ones. Thank you for an excellent service.
