Just bought my 3rd (and probably last) PC from MESH. It took longer than the 14 working days to arrive. It was delivered with the monitor missing. It then took another week for the monitor to arrive and when it was delivered, it was the wrong model. They agreed to send the right monitor but only after I'd paid to have the first monitor returned. As a goodwill gesture, they sent me the crappiest pair of speakers I have ever seen or heard. The PC cost nearly £900 and they sent me speakers worth less than a fiver. If you buy a PC from MESH, you might want to pray that you never have to contact their customer services.

I bought a mesh in 2001 paid £1600 for it and i have to say that it has been the best computor I have ever had the support was second to none!

At present I am buying a new mesh online after my previous experience of mesh , however i wait with baited breath to see wether they still live up to expectation

If you ever get to my review, after all these others... please do yourself a favour and spend a few pounds more to avoid the hell I am still going through with this company.

I've never even written a review before. I am trying to listen to some music on my PC and it's giving me the same problem I have sufferered from for about 18 months now. Which prompted me to write this.

I am thinking of buying a Mesh Laptop but everyone's bad press about them has really put me off. Shame as I have had a Mesh desktop pc since 2003 and it has been brilliant. People - use their online customer service, you get an answer within a day or so which is better than nothing.

DO not buy from MESH PLC
Ordered PC from MESH over three weeks ago. When I phoned to find out why a delay, I was informed (rudely) that the PC was still being prepared and that it takes fourteen working days before delivery.
I phoned again after 14 working days had elapsed and was told (rudely) that they were waiting for the CPU board. No apologies for the delay.
It's like going to the bakery and being told there is no bread. How can a PLC company run out of CPUs for a basic PC?
How stupid of me not to read the other reviews about MESH before ordering. I should have stuck to DELL!

Should I now ask for a refund - and have the hassle of waiting weeks for the refund to be made? Or should I hang on and hope for the best?

The Computer my Dad ordered is fantastic - I can't fault Mesh for that. My big problem i that when ordering over the phone, my Dad was not given or made aware of a free upgrade to Windows 7. Absolutely shocking, customer service is non existant. Tower PC was delivered faulty, I got the system running (which is more than their tech support people could) only for it to give up 10 days later. You don't pay £700 for a PC that only lasts 10 days. Now they are being obstructive with the return. My advice is to aviod Mesh at all costs. Also consult www.consumerdirect.gov.uk about you rights when buying via the internet or phone. Thankfully I bought on finance so they won't be getting a penny from me :)

Great hardware and a good price, but awful customer service, they don't give a monkey's. I went to them instead of Dell because I find Dell difficult to deal with, but Dell could teach them a thing or two about customer service!

Following on to the faulty system being delivered, these guys have still not made a refund. They are deliberately obstructive. Provide misleading quotes about your consumer rights to put your off pursuing them. The thing that really irks me with Mesh is that they had a chance to recover my business. Simply saying sorry and offering to replace the system would have been good enough at one point. However their arrogance and deliberate ploys to avoid the fact that they shipped faulty goods has put me off doing business with them ever. I thought the PC industry had weeded out all the weak vendors. A real surprise to see such a shady outfit still in business. Avoid or lose many hours trying to get a resolution from these pirates. At the very least do a search on Mesh before buying to find out what is store for you.

As a follow up to my last review, my new MESH PC arrived a week and a half late - not great but not a disaster either. Especially considering the PC is fantastic! Perfectly built, great components, top performance and considerably cheaper than anywhere else.

Just bought a Mesh PC and found delivery communication and support via e-mail so far very good. Product works wonderfully. Mesh made a slight mistake in the charging, but this was corrected within 24 hrs. So far so good, I can recommend Mesh to anyone. Cannot understand why the others have had so many problems, it nearly put me off buying my Matrix, but glad I wasn't. Just received the promised Windows 7 upgrade key in the post, arrived day after delivery - not bad!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

I purchased a notebook from them and when they delivered it late may i add it was faulty and did not start up! I called them back and they refused to resolve the issue and fobbed me off to some other company. I have sent it off for repair and its been two months and i havent recieved it.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! IVE PAID FOR THE NOTEBOOK AND HAVE NO NOTEBOOK! THEY ARE PIRATES.

Just started the return of a Mesh, high-end gaming PC. Arrived on schedule but didn't work. Their staff tried to be helpful but couldn't resolve problem. Mesh are still going as a company and yet still they seem to get nothing right. I spoke to a member of the sales team via the live chat function. I explained clearly that I required the PC at my door by June 30th as after this im away for a number of months. This was no problem or so I was informed, the rep told me their standard delivery time was 10-14 days and it would easily reach me before June 30th.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago, its still not gone to the production phase of the order yet and I leave in 4 days, where I live delivery from most places takes 3-5 working days....Not only is their customer service appauling they cant hold up delivery times they promise you...DONT GIVE MESH YOUR MONEY!

The worst customer service I think I have ever received. I have a monitor that has 4 dead pixels right in the center on the screen, but because I haven't got 6 dead pixels they won't replace it or refund my money. Go elsewhere if I were you just wish I had listened to my husband for a change and bought from RL Supplies he has had no problems.
