I bought a new computer from Mesh August 2009. It worked for the first 2 weeks but then crashed. Back to base for a new motherboard. I am told you have got to expect high teck things to fail within the first month if they are going to fail at all , so I accepted that. On its return, within 15 mins it failed this time with a black screen, ... Read the complete review

Seeing that Mesh tend to get hammered in the reviews I thought I'd add my story to give credit and praise where it is due. Just purchased another two, a basic machine for £300 and a middle of the road one for £1000, bringing our personal total of Mesh computers & laptops to eight over the past eight years, and have recommended and sorted many ... I have just taken delivery of my 2nd Mesh computer, the first being one I bought way back in 2002. The old one just couldn't cut it anymore, and although XP was still great, I wanted to try something with Windows 7. So I went ahead and bought myself a late christmas present in the form of a Mesh Matrix X7 which seemed to be the best value PC ... Read the complete review

I recently purchased a brand new Mesh Ice3 Bianco. Going by some other reviews on the site, was a little bit concerned but I have to say my buying experience was a pleasant one. I ordered online using their website (which was simple and clear to use), and received my order confirmation through a few minutes later. To my surprise I ... Read the complete review

I Ordered a mesh PC and a anti surge protector early last October and after dozens of phone phone calls (when i could eventually get through to customer service operator) received my pc after 8 weeks waiting to be delivered and only after the threat of cancelling my order. I'm still waiting on the surge protector to be delivered and now its the ... Read the complete review

Let me keep it simple - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST! I have been a happy customer of their's for over 15 years, but the company seems to have gone down the pan very quickly. I bought a PC for my young son for Xmas. To cut a long story short the PC did not arrive until after Xmas, despite promises it would. On contacting one of their ... Read the complete review

DO NOT buy from Mesh.
I had to ask Trading Standards to play the heavy hand to get my money back.
I have to mark one * to continue but would not give them any.

I bought the PC in May 2007 for £1518.01 which included I think £99.99 for "Platinum - 3 Years On site Service - UK Mainland Only (Home Service)" which heavily implies that the PC would be repaired at home. From the beginning it was never possible to run the built in Windows Vista backup and restore utility due to a ... Read the complete review

I took delivery my son's new gaming pc from Mesh last week and I am very impressed by the build quality and value for money. Never having used Mesh before, I was worried after reading other customers unfortunate accounts of their problems, but my experience has been good. There was a delay of four weeks due to global shortage of the graphics card, ... Read the complete review

Since purchasing my second Mesh PC in November it has not worked correctly. They want me to use the £1.00pm premium line to try to sort it and although I am under guarantee, it is obviuosly not worth the paper it is written on. I have offered to return the pc personally to Brent X but they say they will "charge" for looking at it and for any corrections.
I am unable to connect an ITouch to the pc and unable to download iTunes or Google earth. They say it is a software problem and not covered under the guarantee, but the only software I have is that on the pc at purchase.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WISHING TO BUY A PC FROM MESH WOULD BE TO GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH AS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN AFTER SALES OR FUTURE SALES.

I have previously bought 3 computers from Mesh Computers, but never again. Mesh seem to be OK until anything goes wrong, and if you are one of the unlucky ones, then forget it. I bought a laptop 6 months ago and it is still not working. It has even been shipped back in a non working state.
If I phone they say they will look into it and call me back, they never do. My eMails get ignored.
I'm now having to go through my credit card company to try and get my money back.
If you do take a chance on Mesh, then please use a credit card, so you have some form of protection, otherwise you'll be forced to go through the small claims court.

DO NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE BUYING. I did. I bought a gaming computer for £1,600. It went wrong within six weeks. Contact with support produces near unintelligible advice. But I obtained clearance to return it for repair. The hard drive was gone, dead. I delivered and picked up the unit. The whole took 13 days. Within three months it went wrong again. ... A week late now.
They don't call or email me to let me know that there is a delay.
The Delivery Enquiries department don't answer the phone.
I had to call Sales, and the person I just spoke to was very rude about the fact that I had called his department rather than Delivery.
A Sales person promised to call me on Friday, but didn't.
I have been told that the computer would be dispatched 'tomorrow' three times - all broken promises. The rude Sales person I just spoke to has told me that they haven't even assembled my computer yet - three weeks after my order.
I am considering cancelling my order and ordering elsewhere from scratch just to save time.
This "company" is a joke.

With so many negative reviews I was begining to wonder whether I'd made a mistake ordering a Mesh Matrix 925HD computer. True, it had just won a best buy award in Computer Shopper but I was begining to doubt. It's now a couple of weeks since I received my computer and this is what I think of Mesh. Just bought my 3rd (and probably last) PC from MESH. It took longer than the 14 working days to arrive. It was delivered with the monitor missing. It then took another week for the monitor to arrive and when it was delivered, it was the wrong model. They agreed to send the right monitor but only after I'd paid to have the first monitor returned. As a goodwill gesture, they sent me the crappiest pair of speakers I have ever seen or heard. The PC cost nearly £900 and they sent me speakers worth less than a fiver. If you buy a PC from MESH, you might want to pray that you never have to contact their customer services.

I've asked for a refund before even seeing the computer. The warning signs were all there: 1) great machine - almost too good - and you know what they say about "if it's too good to be true..."; 2) I placed the order online and got an order number - and then an email the next day saying my order had been refused - they're blaming the ...
