Advantages: Absolutely none whatsoever

Disadvantages: VERY slow delivery time, VERY poor customer services, They are still in business!

Ordered a PC weeks ago

The machine has not arrived and they claim they are unable to get parts that are very available at PC World and other suppliers. However, the cost of those parts has gone up on thier web site since my order I can only think that they stall me to wait for the price to drop again

Their customer services is non existent - they seem to only have one person aswer the phone and two times I wait over an hour for the phone to be answered

I have cancelled my order and have reported them to my credit card and to trading standards office
