I would have to say that this is the worst company i have ever dealt with period. ignore their professional looking website, the stock levels are wrong and the company is simply a bunch of rip off merchants. Having ordered on their website i was contacted by a representitive to tell me card could not be processed. So i cancelled the order and ordered with overclockers.co.uk and as usual all went well. Anyway skip forward a month and my credit card bill arives complete with £648 taked by microland technology. I ring up the firm and after a 50 minute wait ( ringing from Eire btw!) the phone is answered by a moron, i explain the situation and he assures me that the money will be refunded and i will get a call to confirm this. a few weeks pass no refund nor call from the company. My emails go unanswered and contacting the firm by phone is impossible as it just times out or answering machine kicks in saying training sessions are taking place. This firm need more than training. If they were on my side of the pond thier warehouse would be a mass of crumbling ashes with a couple of charred moron corpses outside. Currently have the credit card people working away god help you if you pay by debit card or cheque, think this company will be out a business in a matter of weeks. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . AVOID , THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY, THIEVES......LIARS......ARGHHHHH
