Long term customer of Morgan Computers; well over 10 yrs but I'm sorry to say that I am now seriously concerned about them as a competent, reliable trader.

I ordered 2 x Dell D420 laptops for my young nephews. I order them on Thursday 10th May and I pay for next day delivery. The goods are showing as 'in stock' but £20 or so more than the price advertised in the flyer (new stock has apparently cost more than original stock)

On Monday 14th, I email and ask for delivery details - they come back to me and say that I will have them within 2 working days: a supplier had let them down.

So, today, Friday 18th May - no goods still - so I email again. No reply until 5:30pm... Guess what? Sill no stock. They will arrive next week.

CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I will NOT be dealing with these again and will NEVER recommend their service again. I will be amazed if they honour my refund (despite their misrepresentations) and I cannot help but wonder what is currently happening at IJT/Bentham/Morgan Computers.
