I have experienced extremely poor service from Novatech; the people are rude and the products are never in stock.

I bought a £600 laptop from them which has lasted only a year and a month, (conveniently a month over the warranty), because the GPU is fried. This is because it is poorly built product, where the fan is stupidly located right near the powerlead, and too close to the bottom of the board.

They were absolutely apalling when I turned to them for advice or help, and lacking in sufficient knowledge. In the end I took it elsewhere to be fixed.

I had also brought a hardrive, which fails to work and crashes every time I try to use it.

Overall, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. I know many other people that have suffered from this awful company.

If you do not want to get stressed or be treated badly, don't buy from Novatech - they do not admit their errors, which are many, and they write to you saying ''If you think we have done anything wrong'' Apologies and good service are not forthcoming.

Rudeness and bad service comes from the top, not from the minions in the company !! Stress free, then keep away from Novareck - oh sorry, Novatech.

I bought a PC and a router, neither worked properly.

Be careful what you buy from them and make sure you receive the correct item!!!
I ordered and item online and received something else, their justification was that the item description on the site was not correct, well that's their problem not mine. And guess what, I will not receive what I paid for, but I will receive a refund, which will probably not cover the postage.
The customer service is absolutely useless!
I will never again buy from them... from now on PCWorld, pay for what you see!

I cant disagree with the comments below me, because it is there own oppinouns, however i believe (having brought multiple systems from them) that they are the best company in the computer industry to trade with, there proffesional, helpful, and supportive, sure ive had faults with my pc's and things since the time ive been trading with novatech, however my issue was always resolved ether by having them fix it, or use the help of the online support forum.

Bottom line, Great Customers service, Great goods, Great shop !

Avoid own brand laptops, buy a descent make. I found my laptop restarted itself every now again. bottom is very hot do not wear polyester trousers you may die.

Please do not make the mistake I made and throw money down the drain, getting a refund from novatech is worst than a trip to the dentist.

If you have a fairly small order, and everything's in stock Novatech's a good bet. Their prices aren't *always* rock-bottom, but they generally are pretty cheap.
