	PC World ... bought an acer desktop x3200 from pc world east kilbride on 25 aug 2009. it started to make very loud rumbling noises which were making me think it was ready to pack in. i phoned pc world customer service,and they said they would not take it back after 28 days but said i had to speak to one of their techguys,who said i had to download a diagcd from their website and run it to do tests.now i am not a computer engineer i told him,and said that i spoke to acer warrenty and they said pc world should repair it or replace it. he said they would not look at it until i had done what he said. i told him of my consumer rights but he was not the least bit interested.under frustati... 	PC World ... husband bought me a netbook for my birthday this year. He knew I wanted one, and I wanted one with Linux on, but other than that he didn t really have a lcue, so he had a look on the internet and had a look in the high street. He saw one in PC world, which looked affordable, but was an ex demo model, and was pink, but other than that it appeared to tick all the boxes. He wanted me to have a look at it before he bought it though incase there was anything wrong with it, as it was about half the price of the others in the shop. 	Mesh Computers ... bought a computer from mesh two years ago and i must say i was very pleased with both the machine and the service. with this great experience under my belt i ordered an edge cl laptop on the 2nd sept 09 here we are on the 6th nov 09 still waiting for delivery, i am sick and tired of the excuses, waiting for components, stuck in customs, delayed in taiwan. i wrote to the director of sales what a waste of pen paper and postage that was, more excuses and promises (broken) he rang me on two occasions promising me that everything was in hand and the computer would be delivered by today friday 6th nov looking in my account on the website it shows as in process so no good hold...
