OCUK are a complete lottery to deal with: you never know if you will get the sent the item you actually ordered (or if it will work) and if you dare to raise an RMA expect 2 responses: 2) None until the 7 days of the distance regulation act have passed (real cute of them to pull that stunt)
and 2) Only be given the manufacturers contact details as OCUK will completely wash their hands of you.

If you do get what you ordered (and it works), thats great, you won at the overclockers infamous lottery game.

If you dont...Well, you were warned.

absolute joke most products are overpriced and do have some good deals, but when it comes to customer care they are the worst company i have purchased off. A water cooling system i ordered came on-time but with a faulty radiator and the box wasnt sealed. when i phoned for a unwanted item refund stating the reasons, the idiot on the phone said ok just send it back and you WILL get a refund, so i did and they sent it back to me 3 TIMES! I believe this was an ocuk teams way of having a laugh. 1st time they said nothing was wrong with it, 2nd time was they thought i wanted a replacment (which also had the same faulty radiator in the package still) ...

Terrible. Placed an order on Sunday evening, everything was in stock on their site, expected delivery Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no sign, phoned Wednesday morning to be told, they had the motherboard but couldn't find it!!! But they did offer to have another look, which they did still couldn't find it! So removed the motherboard from the order, be with me Thursday Iwas told, just to be certain phoned back in the afternoon, to be told that the PSU was no out of stock, so changed for a different model, and waited. Phoned on Thursday morning to be told it hadn't been sent, and they didn't know why, but they would provide free shipping by 12:00 the next day. Friday ...
