I have been a loyal, LOYAL, customer of Overclockers for several years until this month. Having spent over £10,000 in the last 3 years, and £4,000 since Christmas I think I am entitled to some good customer service. I have never needed to RMA until now. I purchased 3 watercooled BFG graphics cards for circa £1,000 to build a monster system. All 3 were faulty. 1 leaked and 2 were dud. However, having retunred them, I have now been accused of lying and being a fraud. Apparently the screws on two of the cards are not of the same colour and I am being accused of modifying them myself. Having spoken to them they beleive I am to blame as no other course of action is possible??? It is worth noting that these products have been removed from sale by all outlets in the UK, which seems strange to me. As a 37 year old IT professional, I am appauled. I am no 17 year old ned with a screwdrive looking to ditch a dodgy purchase. Rest assured our relationship is now over and I will purchase elewhere from now on. I hope they rest easy knowing that at least £5000+ of annual revenue has just been wiped off their balance sheet. Hope they enjoy the continued credit crunch and consumer confidence downturn.
