absolute joke

most products are overpriced and do have some good deals, but when it comes to customer care they are the worst company i have purchased off.

A water cooling system i ordered came on-time but with a faulty radiator and the box wasnt sealed. when i phoned for a unwanted item refund stating the reasons, the idiot on the phone said ok just send it back and you WILL get a refund, so i did and they sent it back to me 3 TIMES! I believe this was an ocuk teams way of having a laugh. 1st time they said nothing was wrong with it, 2nd time was they thought i wanted a replacment (which also had the same faulty radiator in the package still) third time was there mistake. i then sent an email with the words "trading standards" in and i got all my money bk.

Summary: this company shouldnt be trading.
