3 of us built new pc's, all hardware from overclockers.( around 2.5k total spent). All 3 had faulty Corsair Dominator ram, what's the odds of that happening?
Very suspicious. I am now doubtful as to the 'newness' of any of the items we recieved.

In my case refund quickly given without even letting me know they found a fault, no replacement offered, to replace it would cost me twice the original price. From £65 originally to £120ish to replace, in under 2 months, reason given, 'ram prices are increasing'. They wanted an extra 60 quid to replace an item I got from them that did not work !!
In short, item refunded, then twice the price if I want a replacement.

There's plenty of reliable company's around who value your custom, and are actually apologetic if there is a problem, no need to use these amateurs who happily take your money, then develop an attitude when things go wrong. Customer Support are arrogant and patronizing.
Given the choice, I would now replace the entire pc build rather than trust anything supplied by these monkeys, it's just not worth the stress of dealing with them. Got my replacement elsewhere rather than run the risk of getting someone elses returned goods again, from Overclockers.

Summary: Worst company I ever dealt with online.
