we got a panrix on the recomendation of pc world...wankers,in just over 12 months it's had 3 new hard drives,it's the most unstable system ever,and when we went to complain,they'd gone bust...for a second time,this fact was well known to pcw,when we said this to them they just said sorry,not our problem,well in my book it is,it was on their recomendation we brought the bloody pile of shite
if anyone knows where the so called owner/person who built this pile of shite is..please let me know via email,i have a large tub of vasaline with iron splinters in it and a desire to drive this pile of crap to his rear end,i'll let you all imagine the rest.

PANRIX COMPUTERS AVOID IT LIKE THE CLAP. ordered new pc on 4th may told 10-12 days delivery,money taken out in a flash,then no pc after 12 days...... constant lies about missing parts ect,fobbed off constantly on the phone,e-mails never answered on the 30th day since order,i drive to leeds this is a backstreet setup nothing like the pictures on website,eventually leave with pc minus various parts costing 400.promised a refund got the refund proof posted,but nothing back in my account.........after 8 working days told it would be 3. phonelines constantly engaged im 400 down .......... do not buy from here you have been ...  Read the complete review

I was very impressed by press reviews of a Magnum3500 and decided to go for it. Credit card was charged in a flash but a lead time of 21 days announced due to "extreme popularity". History so far is the PC is nowhere to be seen,lead delay has abundantly expired and Customer service keep promising a next day delivery (which doesn't happen) and put up all sort of excuses from missing cases to missing monitors to mixups of unknown sorts etc... Quality of the service is very very poor, e mails go unanswered and phoning is basically useless, in fact there seems to be only one person answering the various lines. I was interested in buying a Panrix Magnum 3700 BUT... Firstly, I couldn't customise the PC from their website so had to phone and state what I wanted. I received only the acknowledgement over the phone, no email, no nothing else. They were extremely quick to charge my credit card 'though! Like 1/2 hour! After 2 weeks I phoned again to be told that they didn't have any cases but they should arrive soon...
