When the machine was delivered it had a faulty monitor but Elonex replaced it next day. There is little software apart from W98 and not much in the way of manuals, but the machine works well. I received my £100 computer four weeks ago. The process with PCHelp/Smartalk did not inspire confidence, with several letters allegedly going astray and me having to do a lot of chasing. My view was that for £100 I could afford to speculate that this might be a con.
