I received my £100 computer four weeks ago. The process with PCHelp/Smartalk did not inspire confidence, with several letters allegedly going astray and me having to do a lot of chasing. My view was that for £100 I could afford to speculate that this might be a con. Whilst I have received a computer, it still could be a gaint fraud with a few machines being sent out to "sucker- in" others, but I doubt it. My machine is an Elonex 533mhz, 9.5 hard drive, 50 x cd-rom drive( a higher spec than that on the website) and I paid extra to upgrade the monitor to 17" and the memory to 128mb. When the machine was delivered it had a faulty monitor but Elonex replaced it next day. There is little software apart from W98 and not much in the way of manuals, but the machine works well. The questionnaire for August was not too intrusive, although they have had some problems with the website and in particular the questionnaire page. I'm a satisfied customer so far but caveat emptor.
