Shocking aftersales care (PC World)

PC World aftersales care have really let themselves down. My all-in-one printer arrived with instructions and telephone cabling that would be more familiar with Europeans than Brits. To tap into a "tech guy" who could help me figure out what was going wrong PC World wants me to pay a further £1.50 per minute - that's £30 for 20 minutes!

It is a heavy price to pay for after sales care, I will never set mouse on their website again. I am going to excercise my consumer rights and take the whole thing back to their shop!
