pcperformance just does not deliver. Owing to deafness I need to use e-mail helpline. For 2 months now cannot get response. Get acknowledgement but never thehelp!
Even worse, I cannot get response from customer service (!) or from management.
Can anyone suggest an alternative help source?

PC World clinic not impressive either, and queues for help are far too long most of the time. Claimed could not replicate my PC problem ---which reappeared as soon as I returned home and booted-up!
