Bought a laptop from PC World. Very happy with the service. PC World sales man explained everything that I needed to know about my purchase. He asked questions like why I needed the laptop. I told him and he recommended one which was quite cheap. I was happy with the deal. Price of my laptop is £10 more on internet. I don't mind that because I bought it on the spot whereas buying from internet could take days for it to arrive.

I noted prices of few PC's and compared it with online prices. It was almost same price.

I was told that should I have any problems with the laptop I could take it back in to the store. No problem at all. There is a warranty with it but when that runs out I could take it to PC World clinic for fixes.

I looked around the store. PC World sells dozens of other lines as well. Blank DVD's, printers, hard disks, printer paper are just few items that are on sale.

I recommend PC World. Service is excellent. You can ask any question. Chances are someone will be there to answer these for you.
