Disadvantages: Everything. Staff UNABLE to help not unwilling

PC World are by far the worst retailer I have ever dealt with in my life ever. I have been delivered the wrong item twice and am still waiting over two weeks later for them to even pick up the return item. I am not allowed to return the items to the store and am currently over £1200 out of pocket. Blind monkeys could do a better job at picking the products off the shelf. At least they may get the shape right.

Summary: Avoid like the plague. 1 Star rating totally undeserved.
