Bought a semprom laptop for my mum as she needed something cheap, was ok for 4 months then gave BSOD's so i googled the BSOD and came up with Hardware error that couldt be fixed(needed new mobo) so we took it in after 2 hours of them testing it they said yes we wil send it back, month later we get it back no change still same BSOD, so i went in 30 mins before the shop closed and stated that im not leaving with out a brand new laptop because this hasnt been fixed, took the women ten mins to switch it on to test it, then 30 mins for the tch guy to realise it wouldnt boot full stop, told me i couldnt get the data of the HD good job i already copied it then, a hour after the shop closed i left with a brand new laptop good spec but had crappy vista on it hey ho, worked like a hcram since, my advice you want a bargain dont just spend the extra money. there so incompitant its unreal,
