A great way to spread the cost of buying stuff like laptops and servers. Why spend £800 on a laptop when it'll be worth £250 in 3 years time? The previous reviewer obviously declined the support service that PC World offer, I decided to give it a go. It was some small amount like £10 a month extra, and it meant if the laptop went wrong i got a new one the next day while it was being fixed. I dropped the laptop while stupidly carrying it with the lid open and the hindge broke right off on one end, meaning no screen. The leaflet said I was covered for accidentl damage, and so I asked for a new machine, and yep it was delivered next day. It was only aloan however while mine was being fixed, fair enough.

so yes this worked out pretty well for me, highly reccomended !
