pc world are rubbish (PC World)

Advantages: there aint none

Disadvantages: its my petrol im wasting going backwards and forwards every time

I just bought a lap top from pc world the man in the shop told me i also needed a router and i just had to plug it in and every thing would be ok. Well i got home set everything up and to my dismay i couldnt get on the internet and the laptop kept freezing up so i took the whole lot back to the shop the next day the tech guys had a look said there was nothing wrong but they downloaded some drivers so i could get on the net i wasnt happy but agreed to try once more and guess what it still dont work i want a refund but the customers service people tell me they cant help its up to the manager in store i paid a lot of money for that and im not happy i will stand in the store all day tommorow if i have to until i get my money back i feel like ive been ripped of and i shall never shop there again and i would not recomend it to anyone else im realy fed up.

Summary: i will never shop there again
