Complete and utter incompetence. Stay away at all cost! First of all, they refused to accept my foreign credit card for my order - then withdrew the money anyway. They held that money up for 5 days! After complaining I had no call back either. I was unable to give another card, so I had to reorder - I ordered on priority. The day before my expected delivery day, they told me they could not allocate it due to "stock problems". The next day I called it was a "computer error" I was then advised 5 days. The next business day, I was told 5 days. 2 business days later - 7 days. No ability to partially cancel the stock that had the problem either - customer service could provide me with no help what-so-ever and just told me "too bad". Worst service ever. Take heed and stay far away!
