well ,well, pc world are a sham and a nightmare to deal with, i bought two laptops from them in november and paid for a tech guy to install the ready for xmas , they just didnt turn up four times, no phone call nothing, it took me three weeks and 25 pounds on the phone to sort. then i took out the insurance for breakages and so on, one of the lap tops fell, i rang for it to be collected and fixed , after two weeks i rang to see where it was , it then came back still broken with a note saying it was ntguaranteed for breakages, but i pay 10 a month for this service. so after speaking to too many people i was told that the tech guys didnt read the letter to say i had insurance, so what did they do two weeks if they didnt mend it, so yet again i havre to wait in for it to be collected and fixed, your customer service and company should never be allowed to run , it is a sham.
