I am very disapointed with PC world, I had taken my daughters laptop to there service centre a few weeks ago with a problem of the laptop not working as it should and not able to even turm it on to find any problems, They had taken it in for a few days and got back to me with the report which has stated that it needed a new hard-drive and a few other issues which need sorting with a bill of £200. I had decided not to proceed with this and had to still pay £20. I had then found someone else to take a look who knows a few thing about computors only to find it took them a few minuits to clear the problem with only a £40 fee and its running better than it ever has done WHAT A DIFFERENCE I am very confused and will never trust PC world again with any PC problems. they are not trustworthy!

Summary: DO NOT TRUST THERE EXPERTS!
