The first thing that really annoyed me about going to PC World was that I didn't know where it was so wanted to ring them from my car to get directions. Nightmare! It's one of these automated, centralised services and the directions were only any good if you knew the places it said it was near to. In the end I found it by asking in another shop in the area .....Once there I did find the service was slightly better than it used to be in it's old location. There was a man taking charge, asking customers what they wanted and sending the first available sales person over. The sales person I had was actually quite good ...... but I find computers a complicated business, so I left without buying.Not sure about the prices, but we did seem one identical model in next door Tesco's for half the price. Why people insist on buying computers from places like this I will never know.Go to this store, and you will get ripped off, I cannot stress that enough. Shop online, go elsewhere, just don't buy anything from this place.The staff are useless, in the very rare occasion you find someone who actually knows what they're talking about rather than just trying to sell you the most expensive thing, stick with that member of staff and always ask for them.
