Where in the world is PC Worlds customer service? (PC World)

PC world sold me a laptop that they promised would do what I wanted it for, it did not. I took it back for an exchange that electrecuted me and am now (on my 3rd useless laptop. They are refusing a refund or and compensation for the many trips and phonecalls and am on the verge of filling in a money claim as Ive had enough. The labeling is twisted (at best) I would say on the verge of lies in my opinion) always check the manufacturers sites first if you have to buy there as it may say something different and the advisors that helped us (maybe they are better at other stores) didnt really have a clue about the technical specs of the product. A little tip though if you have bought something that has broken or is not what was expected, look up the sale of goods act as you are covered within a reasonable time limit (I would say 1-2 months in my opinion) to ask for a refund and if it will be more expensive to replace elswhere compensation for that too. Dont spend weeks waiting for repair on a shoddy item, ask them to replace it. Summary: Avoid like the plague and if you cant take someone who knows what you want |
