I really can't say anything bad about PC World! I have purchased a PC from them in the past and i am currently using one of their laptops.

The reason I choose PC World over any other store is for a couple of reasons.
The first reason is the selection of equipment they have in store. Everytime I have visited their Corstorphine branch they have had what I was looking and if I'm not sure they have discussed my needs and offered me a selection in words that I understand and not all technical jargon.

The staff have always been really helpful and polite with myself. I like that they make themselves known without pushing customers to buy although sometimes at the weekends you have to hang around till you get a free member of staff. I would like to see more members of staff on the shop floor especially during busier periods.

The stores are open 7 days a week and the opening times are perfect for me, they open early and shut late so I can get to them without taking time off work.

PC world also have a general number for all their stores so you can check they have your item in store before visiting, if not they can tell you what branches do have it all on one call rather than phoning lots of different stores.
