PC World are not consumer friendly (PC World)

PC World!! Big company. Dont care about their customers at all. Bought a printer, taken it back numerous times. Never had it repaired properly. Have used loads of ink and wasted money. They kept the lead when I took it in despite listing it on the paperwork, nicked all my Epsom ink. Then when I said they replaced it with the cartridges which last for about 10 sheets. Taken it back again and they now say it is out of guarantee!! But it has never been fixed.
Wrote to MANAGER who couldnt be bothered to even speak to me but asked the assistant to!!! You cant ring direct so that is a nightmare.
Won't buy anything from PC World again... even when I asked to purchase a lead for my laptop for £50, sales couldnt be bothered so I bought on line..their loss! Anyone know where I can get a good Epsom printer with customer service!!!
