Advantages: fast service, out of hrs support

Disadvantages: can be busy and unhelpful

i think PC world has an excellent service especially if you know what u r looking for, i bought my computer two years ago, it was a pentium 2, i it has not caused anyproblems so far. (touch wood). even if it did they gave me a special hotline number, which is a free phone number in case i have any problems and i can call it. they will come out and fix it ata suitable time. and if they can't ix it they will replace it there and then. so according to my opinion shop at PCWorld unless yopu can find a better bargain. but i agree with one of the other opinions do not go there on a saturday afternoon. you will go mad, other than that it is excellent.

i think pc world is overpriced, offers cr*p service and their hotline numbers are always engaged. I ahve had nothing but trouble on all three hardware devices i purchased from them and would not touch them ever again
